Training Program Design

This project entailed the design and delivery of two full training manuals and packages for the Institute of Public Administration in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, targeting government employees across different ministries. Bureau Gladys was responsible for reviewing, updating, and upgrading the scientific content; integrating key statistics and figures relevant to the local contemporary context; and designing case studies tailored to the Saudi setting. The training materials were recalibrated to comply with SEMARTI’s standard guidelines and enhanced with improved visualization and graphical design. Each package consisted of a trainer manual, a trainee manual, an evaluation scheme, a training presentation, and a set of supporting documents, including scientific references.
